Seller → Carrier → SKUDrag any field — SKU, carrier, quantity, or seller account — into the exact priority you need.
You decideLabel printers print in monochrome. Our separator system is designed specifically for this — bold, clear, and impossible to miss even in a stack of 200 labels.
A full-width solid black bar is printed at the very top of the first page of each group. The label content is shifted down to make room — nothing is hidden or overlaid. The bar shows the SKU and courier name in white bold text (e.g. ABC-123 (Delhivery)), so you can read the group at a glance without flipping through the stack.
Marks are applied after cropping, so the bar always lands at the top of the visible label area — it can never be accidentally cropped away.
Upload label PDFs from multiple Meesho or Flipkart seller accounts simultaneously. The tool merges everything into one workflow — no manual combining needed.
Crop out just the shipping label area from the PDF page. Set exact crop percentages for each platform and the setting is remembered for future exports.
By Courier, By SKU, By Seller Account, or fully custom. Visual diagrams show you exactly how pages will be ordered before you export.
A full-width black bar at the top of each group's first page shows the SKU and courier name in white bold text. Label content is shifted down to make room — nothing is hidden or overlaid.
Filter by specific SKUs, carriers, quantities, or seller accounts. Quantity presets let you switch between single-quantity and multi-quantity orders in one click.
Simple Export automatically merges single-quantity and multi-quantity orders into one PDF — single orders first, then multi-quantity orders with multi-SKU pages appended. Advanced Export lets you filter quantities manually.
Start multiple exports at the same time. Each job appears in a live queue panel in the corner — you can keep configuring new exports while previous ones download.
The Manifest tab gives a per-SKU and per-seller-account breakdown of all orders in the upload — useful for warehouse picking before printing.
Exports are fully compatible with thermal label printers (100×150 mm) and A4 laser/inkjet printers. The crop tool handles any label layout.
Amazon PDF processing includes optional invoice removal, optional SKU/quantity text overlay directly on the label, and a SKU replacement mapping for custom display names.
Page selection, reordering, and merging is done with qpdf for maximum speed. Crop and separator operations are handled in a single PyMuPDF pass — no redundant processing.

Everything you need to know about Meesho and Flipkart label cropping and export.
Upload your Meesho label PDF, then click the Crop button. You'll see a preview of the label where you can drag to select just the label area. The crop coordinates are saved per platform so you only set them once.
Yes. Select Flipkart as the platform when creating an upload. The tool extracts SKU, quantity, and courier information from Flipkart PDFs just like Meesho, and you can apply the same sort, separator, and crop settings.
A separator mark is a full-width solid black bar printed at the top of the first page of each group. The bar shows the SKU and courier name in white bold text (e.g. 'ABC-123 (Delhivery)'). The label content below it is shifted down to make room — nothing is cropped or hidden. The mark is always visible at the top of the page, so flicking through a printed stack immediately shows you which group you're in.
Simple Export is designed for everyday use. You pick one sort option (By SKU or By Courier) and click Export — the tool automatically produces one merged PDF that contains single-quantity orders followed by multi-quantity orders, with separator marks at every group boundary. Advanced Export gives you full control: 4 sort presets including custom, separator marks, granular filters by SKU / carrier / quantity / seller account, and the ability to run multiple simultaneous exports.
Yes. When creating an upload, you can select multiple PDF files from different seller accounts. The tool merges them, detects which seller account each label belongs to, and lets you filter, sort, or separate by seller account in the export settings.
In Simple Export, this happens automatically — the downloaded PDF contains single-quantity orders first, followed by multi-quantity orders (qty ×2 and above) with multi-SKU pages appended at the end. Separator marks at each group boundary make the split point obvious when printed. In Advanced Export, use the Quantities filter to manually select which quantities to include in each export run.
Yes. In Advanced Export, open the Filters step and uncheck all carriers except the one you want. In Simple Export, separator marks are added at every carrier change so you can easily split the printout by hand.
Yes. Amazon processing additionally supports: optional invoice page removal, optional SKU and quantity text overlay on the label itself, and a SKU replacement mapping to print a custom display name instead of Amazon's internal ASIN/SKU.
Processing is handled by a dedicated worker. For a 200-page label PDF, a typical export (sort + separator marks + crop) completes in 5–10 seconds after you click Export. The simultaneous export queue means you can start a new export while the previous one is still downloading.
All exports are standard PDF files, compatible with any PDF viewer or printer driver. Labels are exactly as they appear on the original — the tool only reorders pages, crops the visible area, and adds separator marks.
